Model Light Touch Density Bill

The Housing Center has created model Light-Touch Density legislation which could be used to design legislation for any state. The legislation outlines what Light-Touch Density is, defines various pertinent terms, and creates regulatory solutions for many of the common impediments to Light-Touch Density.
